Booking My Hotel On Groupon For JoJo Concert

I'm so excited that I'm going to be able to attend and see JoJo in concert and in VIP! But in order for me to do this, I need to find a place to rest my head. I have whole weekend to plan. So I started my search on booking.com and found a few places that may work for me, but I also wanted to find somewhere that I can be close to the House of Blues where the event is being held.
So what I did was I checked out Groupon. Check out my post "Groupon is a Girl's Bestfriend" for details about Groupon. The way that I found my location is:
1. Make sure you change your location in the right corner of the page and
2. Type in " Hotel Deals" ( or you can click "Getways" as well)
As you look at the different options that they give you, remember that depending on which hotel you select, the pricing will change depending on the date you select as well in the month that is available. Another thing is when I selected my hotel I picked out the one that was the mystery hotel (Name Brand Hotel) they select for you. You know how Hotel.com does this, and they will email you the location on where you will be staying. I took a change and did this. I looked at what the hotel offered (which it came with free breakfast...yes!!). It didn't have parking but I read on reviews that there was parking lot across from the hotel (that I didn't know nothing about). But they do tell you where the location is around and it gave me a insight that it was close by the House of Blues.
One other thing that help me was that I used their pictures on Groupon to the hotels I saw on Booking. I saw the same one on Booking that was the mystery hotel. and it was for a much lower pricing too. So I went with the one on Groupon. The subtotal for my package was $130.00 and with taxes $154.18. I also had Groupon Bucks for $38.00 I never used from another trip years ago and applied it to the Groupon. My total came out to be $116.18 for three days, two night stay in San Diego.
